Updated Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve updated our cancellation policy for the summer 2025 season to offer more flexibility while maintaining fairness for all families. If you register your child now, you can receive a full refund if plans change at least 60 days before the start of camp (June 30, 2025).
While our goal is to provide flexibility, we also need to ensure the operational success of our camp. Last-minute cancellations are costly, as staffing levels are determined in advance and filling spots from the waitlist requires time and effort. Our cancellation policy strikes a balance between providing families with more flexibility while supporting the camp’s ability to deliver our unique watersports programs.
Please carefully review the updated cancellation policy before registering your child. A signed Financial Agreement is required during the registration process to confirm your understanding and commitment to these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while supporting the operational needs of our camp. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to customer@flxadventurecamp.com. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.
Refund Schedule – Use the Countdown Clock Below
- 60+ Days Before Our Camp Start Date – June 30, 2025:
Full refund or credit available. No financial loss, including payment plans. - 31-59 Days Before Camp Start Date:
Refund or credit available, minus a 15% administrative fee. - 30 Days or Less Before Camp Start Date:
No refunds or credits available.Note: Credits from Summer 2024 can be applied to Summer 2025. After this time, credits will expire and be removed from applicable accounts.

Cancellations Due to Medical or Emergency Circumstances
Refunds for medical or emergency circumstances may be granted on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:
- Submit a written notice with an explanation of the medical or emergency situation to customer@flxadventurecamp.com.
- Provide any requested documentation to support your claim.
Refunds for approved cases will include a $75 administrative fee. All documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days after the scheduled camp date. Processing may take 4-6 weeks.
Important Notes:
- Last-Minute Cancellations Are Costly: Our staffing plans require advanced preparation to ensure a high-quality experience for all campers. While we will do our best to turn to our waitlist to fill open spots, last-minute cancellations can result in significant operational challenges and expenses.
- Medical or Emergency Cancellations: Requests for cancellations due to medical or emergency reasons must be received at least one week before the camp session ends. No-shows without prior communication will not be eligible for consideration.
- Administrative Fees: Administrative fees are non-negotiable, as the process of filling spots requires considerable time and effort.
- Leaving Camp Early: Campers who leave during a camp session for any reason are not eligible for a refund.
