AT FLX ADVENTURE CAMP WE BELIEVE
outdoor recreation, nature and water-sports
BELONG IN THE HANDS OF OUR YOUTH!
It is our mission to develop and facilitate summer camp programs that stimulate developmental opportunities that are not only fun, but provide opportunities for youth to develop skills that will stay with them over their lifetime.
FLX Adventure Camp is designed to challenge campers both physically and mentally. Not only will they learn the technical skills to windsurf, sail, kayak, canoe and standup paddleboard, they will learn skills to be independent water sports enthusiasts who actively choose to step outside of their comfort zone to not just grow their technical skills, but adopt a philosophy that being physically active through outdoor recreation will last a lifetime.
Early Bird Specials through to May 14th!
Our Camp Programs
Join the fun this summer and get on your way onto to becoming a skilled water- sports enthusiast! Through our signature camp, Wind-N-Waves, participants will be introduced to the ins and outs of a variety of watersports including windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing and standup paddleboarding.
Based on our signature camp, Wind-N-Waves, we’ve created a Junior version designed for children ages 5 to 8! Our biggest goal is for children to have fun and feel comfortable participating in a variety of fun watersports including windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing and standup paddleboarding!
This 1-week camp is an expeditionary style camp where campers will learn the art of canoe travel and camping through the Adirondacks. We will top off the last day of camp with a whitewater rafting trip!
This Whitewater Paddleboarding program will introduce your child to whitewater through the sport of paddleboarding. After spending the two days learning to paddle on moving streams during day trips, campers will have the opportunity to apply their new skills on the Sacandaga River in the Adirondacks during a 2-night, 3-day overnight experience.
Become a Counselor
Finger Lakes Adventure Camp Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program will offer opportunities to campers ages 14 and up to get a head start with learning skills that will serve them as they enter the workforce. Participants in this program not only gain technical skills in a variation of watersports, participants will also learn about responsibility, teamwork, leadership and the satisfaction that accompanies helping younger campers learn the skills.
