Over the past few years, we have been quite flexible with our cancellation policy due to COVID-19 and other factors. For the summer season of 2023, we will be implementing and enforcing our cancellation policy more extensively. Before registering your child, please review our cancellation policy. You are required to sign our financial agreement upon registering your child/children for our water-sports camp.

What is our cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sydney@flxadventurecamp.com.  We do not take cancellation over the phone. 

Refund schedule:

Cancellation due to COVID-19: If camp is cancelled by FLX Adventure Camp for an extended period of time due to COVID-19, a phone call and an email will be sent out to all families registered for that week. In this scenario, guardians will then be given the option to pull their child for the remainder of the week and receive a refund minus the days they did attend, or guardians may choose to credit the refund until December of 2024.

Parents and guardians should not expect a full refund if their child/children cannot attend camp due to COVID exposure. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case, but requests for cancellation due to a COVID illness/exposure or another illness, injury, accident, or a death in the family requires documentation and approval from the Camp Director or Executive Director. Upon receipt of documentation and approval by the Executive Director, a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee may be issued. Documentation must be received no later than 30 days after the scheduled Camp date. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.

Campers who leave during a Camp session for any reason will not receive a refund.
