On this page, you’ll find a variety of payment options designed to suit your needs, including our convenient payment plans and information on how to handle declined payments. Deposit & Payment Plan:
When you register for our programs, we offer a convenient payment plan option. This allows you to comfortably spread the cost of camp over a period of time, making it easier and more manageable for your household. We’re here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
To be eligible for our payment plan, a credit card must be registered and kept on file. Rest assured, your card details are securely managed within our CampBrain portal, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your information. To take advantage of the payment plan, you must register and pay an initial deposit to hold the space. The remaining balance is conveniently managed through monthly installments, with all payments due by June 1st. These installments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file, processed on the first day of each month. Please ensure your financial planning accommodates this schedule.
We also offer the flexibility to combine our payment plan with available discounts. However, please note that only one discount can be applied per registration at any given time. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of our programs with the convenience and affordability of a structured payment plan.
Returned/ Declined Payments:
Please be aware that in the event of a returned payment after the initial deposit, or if a credit/debit card is declined, a service fee of $55.00 will be applied for each occurrence. This fee covers the additional administrative work required to manage these situations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us if you have any concerns or need assistance with your payment arrangements.
Check or E-Check: Households may choose to pay by check, however, registrants will not be enrolled until full payment is received. Please contact customer@flxadventurecamp if you would like to select the check payment option. Payment via eCheck will be an option at some point through our CampBrain registration portal.
Discounts: The Holiday Special (15%) is in effect till 11:59 pm January 1st, 2024. The Early Bird Special (10% off) is in effect through to the end of March of 2024. After that, the Multiple Camp/ Camper Discount (5% off) will be administered at registration. Only one discount applies at the time of registration.
Scholarships: At this time, there are no scholarship options at Finger Lakes Adventure Camp.
No spots will be held without a paid deposit. Registrations that have not been paid in full by June 1 will be canceled without a refund.
